Service Policy

LAXMI LADA pumps are suitable for clean water application.

The user is required to present to the service center or to the company tax paid purchase bill/invoice from authorized dealer and warranty card to avail the warranty. Failing to do so, the user will not be eligible for availing the warranty.

Warranty does not extend for the pump damage due to the entry of foreign particles. (Permissible level to be checked as per application manual).

The serial number of the pump set should not be missing, deleted, defaced or altered. Serial number must be clearly mentioned on the tax paid purchase bill/invoice.

This warranty does not extend to damage caused due to ignorance, negligence, mishandling, voltage fluctuations beyond specified range, electric faults, unauthorized alteration or repair or accidents.

This warranty does not cover any damage or wear and tear to the pump set if it was not installed, operated, maintained in accordance to company's installation and operation manual (refer to our website) and if the pump set was opened and changes were made or pump set was repaired during the warranty period by a person not authorised by the company.

This warranty shall not cover any cost or charges incurred in the removal, installation or reinstallation of the pump set in the field.

The scope of warranty shall extend only up to repairing or replacing the defective parts free of charge. The decision of whether a part should be repaired or replaced shall be at the sole discretion of the company that is manufacturer.

In case of replacement of part/parts, the defective part/parts will become the property of the company that is manufacturer.

The defective pump set has to be brought to and taken back from the authorized service center, with freight prepaid by the customer.

This warranty does not cover consequential damage/defects of any nature resulting from improper selection or improper use of pump set.

The warranty does not hold good for electrical components, including burning of electrical wires and capacitors, and for failures caused due to supplying a lower or higher voltage than the stipulated norm.

The liability of company that is manufacturer under this warranty does not extend to any incidental or consequential damage, losses or expense arising out of or in the course of fire, accidental, wilful damage, transit damage, normal wear and tear and any other conditions of forced nature.

In the event that the pump set is struck by a natural calamity, this warranty stands null and void.

This warranty does not extend to any product other than LAXMI LADA Pump set, whether such product is supplied as accessories of the pump set or not.

The company that is manufacturer will have no responsibility whatsoever for any indirect or consequential damages or loss.

This warranty excludes any and every condition of warranty whether statutory or otherwise, whatsoever not herein explicitly set out.

This warranty becomes valid only if the date of purchase is confirmed by the dealer/sub dealer/retailer with his signature and seal on the Warranty card, which must be duly filled in all respects.
